Your photo series exposed in the heart of Paris from March 29 to April 7! After making a name for itself with its innovative programming this summer in Arles and having created the event on the Fotofever 2018 show, the Collectif du Hérisson invests the Marais, a prestigious Parisian district.

Contest Prize & TERMS
INTELLECTUAL PROPRIETY RIGHTS
In compliance with the French Intellectual Property Code (articles L.111.1 and following;
1 relating to copyright law and article L.112 -
1 relating to trademark law and privacy legislation), each entrant agrees that submitted photos must be original pieces of work created by him or herself. Entries must not contain any material owned or controlled by a third party for which he or she has not obtained a license and must not infringe the copyright, trademark, moral rights, rights of privacy / publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
Participants must possess all the proper authorizations as well as any necessary licenses or permissions when submitting their work. Entrants shall be held solely responsible with regards to issues of intellectual property rights and the contents of their work, in terms of persons, places or goods featured in their artwork or any trademark appearing on their pictures and any copyright infringement resulting from or related to this. The organizers will not accept any liability, obligation or responsibility with regards to contestants’ artworks. Each author’s name will appear on any document(s) featuring his or her work. The winning participant agrees to temporarily waive the copyright of his or her submitted work, exclusively in the interest and for the duration of the contest and the exhibition in Arles in the summer of 2018. Photographs collected but not eligible for submission will not be returned to their owners but will be destroyed by the organization. Photographs remain the full property of their authors and will not be subject to any commercial use or forwarded to any third party. USAGE RIGHTS: 4
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
By entering the contest, each participant grants the organizer the irrevocable right to use and publish his or her entry information including name and personal photo, as well as to mention them as the winner in any of COLLECTIF DU HÉRISSON's publications or in any media worldwide and for any purpose related to the contest, including any rights related to his or her submitted artwork. All information and images gathered during the registration period will be processed electronically to efficiently manage the contest, its winning entries and the distribution of reward(s). In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 06 January 1978 (Law n°78-17), participants have the right to access, modify, rectify or delete any personal information submitted to the organizer. Entrants wishing to exercise this right may send their request to [email protected] with a mandatory proof of identity attached to their message. Participants exercising their right to remove their personal data before the end of the contest will thereby waive their participation in it, without being able to claim any reimbursement of their entry fees. The organizer is the sole recipient of all submitted data. Personal data provided by participants will not be sold, traded, rented, shared, exchanged or shared with any third party in any way.
