COPYRIGHT: You must be the sole author and owner of the copyright for all images entered. You will retain copyright of your entries at all times and always be credited alongside your photograph. USAGE RIGHTS: By entering your images into the competition, you grant permission to Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust to reproduce the images for the following purposes: judging the competition, creating a 2013 calendar with all proceeds going to Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust, inclusion (if selected as one of the promotional images) within Trust marketing and promotional materials for the 2013 calendar (including press packs)

All images entered in the competition may be freely used by Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust in any future fundraising and marketing materials (printed and online), including those not linked to the competition. All images will be credited to the photographer and will not be passed on for use by third parties without prior permission.

Media and press will be allowed to use winning photographs free of charge for purposes connected with sales and promotion of the 2013 calendar. The organiser will insist that images are credited to the photographer but cannot be held responsible for errors and omissions.
