COPYRIGHT: WCA will have a non-exclusive license to use the winning entries for a period of five years from January 1 2014. The entrant continues to hold copyright of the entry during and after this period. USAGE RIGHTS: The entrant, by entering the Prize and accepting a category prize or other award agrees that they grant WetlandCare Australia (WCA) a non-exclusive license to use a reproduction of the winning entry from 1 January 2014. The entry may be reproduced, in whole or in part, by WCA for their projects, media and promotions. The entrant will be recognised by name and entry title wherever the entry is reproduced.

Copies of the winning entries may be used to develop products for fundraising by WCA, under a non-exclusive license from 1 January 2014, provided the entrant has signed the relevant section of the entry form. The entry may be reproduced, in whole or in part, for the development of products for promotional and fundraising purposes by WCA. The entrant will be recognised by name and entry title wherever the entry is reproduced. WCA is a not-for-profit organisation, with all proceeds from fundraising going to projects such as wetland restoration and conservation.

Reproductions of the winning entries will be shown at a series of exhibitions hosted by WCA and the sponsoring organisations, including an online exhibition at www.wetlandcare.com.au.

The major sponsors may use reproductions of the winning entries for promotional and media purposes until 2 February 2015, under agreement with WCA. No entry will be used for fundraising purposes by sponsoring organisations, and the entrant will always be acknowledged by name and entry title wherever their entry is reproduced.
