WetlandCare Australia National Photography Competition
To celebrate World Wetlands Day 2012, WetlandCare Australia is hosting their 5th annual Australia-wide Art and Photography Competition, with categories for Children, Youth and Adults. We are seeking photographs exploring the theme of Wetlands, Tourism and Recreation.
Photographs should be prints up to A3 in size, and may be from digital, film or slide photography.
A limit of two photographs per entrant applies. A separate entry form is to be filled out for each entry.

COPYRIGHT: The artist continues to hold copyright of the artworks. USAGE RIGHTS: The entrant/s (artist), by entering the competition and accepting a category prize, merit award or WetlandCare Australia Award agrees that the winning entry is acquired by WetlandCare Australia AND that they grant WetlandCare Australia a nonexclusive license to use a reproduction of the winning artwork (including photography) for five years from 1 January 2012.
The work may be reproduced, in whole or in part, by WetlandCare Australia for their projects, media and promotions. The artist will be recognised by name and work title wherever the work is reproduced.
The winning artworks and photography may be used to develop products for fundraising by WetlandCare Australia, under a non-exclusive license for five years from 1 January 2012, provided the entrant has signed the relevant section of the entry form. The work may be reproduced, in whole or in part, for the development of products for promotional and fundraising purposes by WetlandCare Australia. The artist will be recognised by name and work title wherever the work is reproduced.
WetlandCare Australia is a not-for-profit organisation, with all proceeds from fundraising going to projects such as wetland restoration and conservation.
The major sponsoring organisations with naming rights to category prizes and the WetlandCare Australia Awards may use reproductions of the winning works for promotional and media purposes until 2 October 2012, under agreement with WetlandCare Australia. No artwork will be used for fundraising purposes by sponsoring organisations, and the artist will always be acknowledged by name, work title and prize won wherever their work is reproduced.
Prize winning entries may be displayed at one or more art exhibitions, or at other venues, including an online exhibition on the WetlandCare Australia website. Images of the winning artworks may be used to promote these exhibitions.
Low resolution images of category prize and merit award winning entries will be published on the WetlandCare Australia website in a virtual exhibition. The artist will always be acknowledged by name and work title, wherever a work is reproduced.
