Become a member and upload photos. The WeSay photo editors will choose the photos for the prizes every month. The categories are news, environment, sports, celebrities, far-out and uncategorized.
Basically, images of any local events qualifies. Must be real images, not photoshopped (except for minor adjustments such as brightness).
