Wanderlust Travel Photo of the Year competition

Now in its 15th year, the Wanderlust Travel Photo of the Year competition is firmly established as the UK’s biggest amateur travel photography competition, attracting more than 5,000 entries annually.

Amateur photographers compete for the chance to win an all-expenses paid photographic commission to Australia’s dazzling Northern Territory.

Amateurs and professional photographers go toe-to-toe in the Portfolio category for the £3,000 top prize.

Winners and short-listed entrants will see their images printed in Wanderlust, The Independent, and exhibited at the Destinations Holiday & Travel Show 2011, the UK’s top travel show. There are also great Nikon cameras to be won.

Contest Prize & TERMS

PRIZE DETAILS: Amateur category:Each of the four amateur category winners will win a photo commission for two to Australia’s Northern Territory, including return flights, ground arrangements and accommodation (travel insurance not included). Portfolio category: The photographer of the Portfolio deemed by the judges to be the overall winner of the Portfolio category will be awarded £3,000. One runner-up in the Portfolio category will win a Nikon camera worth £800. ELIGIBILITY: Minimum age 18 / Magazine Subscriber Not eligible to enter? - Find contest where you are.

However, the photographer grants the organisers and sponsors non-exclusive rights to free production and exhibition of prize-winning and commended entries but only in direct promotion of and publicity for this competition.
