BUETPS inaugurates the fourth edition of Voyage of Visuals by asking you to showcase your vision. We want to see ‘COEXISTENCE’ through your eyes, your experiences, and finally, your camera.

WHO CAN ENTER
VoV season IV – ‘coexistence’ is an international photography exhibition inviting photographs of amateur/ professional photographers from all over the world.
HOW TO ENTER
Photos can be submitted on the given theme in two sections:
Section 1: (Single Photos)
– Each participant can submit up to 5 single photos.
– Each (single) photo should be renamed to _ _ _ _ for example “Tahsin [email protected]_+8801*********_01”
– Submit your photos through a single email at [email protected].
– Subject of your Email should be _ for example “Single_Tahsin Tabassum”
Section 2: (Photo series)
We want photographers to explore the theme “coexistence” in a more personal depth and express their thoughts through a collection of photographs in a Photo Series. VoV showcases series that have a story and pattern deep-seated in them. We encourage the photographers to submit series that have ingenuity and versatility.
– Maximum Number of submissions per person: 2
– Number of photos per story: 5 to 12
– Photo Stories must be submitted in a ZIP file renamed to ____
For example “Tahsin Tab[email protected]_+8801*********”
Within the ZIP file, the photos should be renamed to _
– Submit your story through a single email at [email protected].
– Subject of your Email should be _
-Include a doc file describing synopses of your series at the ZIP file.
– Sequence, orientation, crop, color of the photos in a photo series might be changed as per the decision of the judges.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
– Photographs must be submitted in digital format. No print or film submissions will be accepted for entry into this
Contest.
– All digital files must be in JPEG format, and at least 3000 pixels wide on the longer side.
– No border and watermarks are allowed.
– Only online entries will be eligible.
SUBMISSION PERIOD
The submission period starts from 12.01 am 07 January 2022 and will continue till 11:59 pm 15 February 2022. No late submissions will be accepted.

SELECTION LIST
The selected participant’s list will be published within four weeks of the submission period closes. The result will be published on our Facebook event page and participants will also be notified personally through mail/mobile.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Selected photographers will have to submit a registration fee of 1000 BDT ($15 for international participants) per selected photo and a fee of 2500 BDT ($30 for international participants) per selected photo series. Participants will be contacted via email/mobile after the publication of the result & will be informed about how to submit the registration fees.

Total prize money worth $600.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
– Photographer must be the sole owner of his/her work.
– Photo Manipulation is allowed. But all elements of the photographs must be the sole creation of the photographer himself.
– Photographs that include sculptures, statues, paintings, and other works of art will be accepted as long as they do not constitute copyright infringement or fraud. When photographing the work of others, it must be as an object in its environment and not a full-frame close-up of another person’s art.
– By entering the Contest, the entrant represents, acknowledges, and warrants that the submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the entrant, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity, or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the photograph.
– The photograph must not contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
– BUETPS holds the right to examine the authenticity of the photograph/source material in order to confirm compliance with these rules.
– BUETPS can use the submitted photographs for promotional activities.
– Selected Photos will not be used for any commercial purpose.
RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND EXHIBITION
If, for any unforeseen reason the exhibition is not capable of running as planned or any other causes beyond the control of BUETPS that hampers the smooth operation of the exhibition, BUETPS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the exhibition.
