USAGE RIGHTS: The orgazining board has the right to use the photo entries for promotional purpose of the contest without payment to the author. Photos selected for the exhibitions and photo album will be paid for once at the standard fee of the program. Photos selected for printing in the Vietnam Heritage magazines and its online editions will be paid for at the magazine's rate. Other activites will be upon agreements with authors.
