We present you the VI edition of artPhotoArtphoto web
After the great success of the previous edition in which we received around 550 photographs from 35 different countries, we would like to announce the 6th edition of the artPhoto photography competition.
Categories
As in previous editions, this is a free competition open to everyone. Similarly, as in the last edition, the competition consists of 4 different categories:
Life and Power: these should be reflective of the impact of electric power in the daily life of people and society, its influence in daily occurrences of each one of us in any possible view: how electricity offer us light, warmth, how it moves us or how it part of our entertainment.
Infrastructure and electric equipment: the impact of power in our life would be impossible without the needed infrastructure and equipments generation, transmission and power distribution which permits us to use it in our advantage and which mold our landscapes.
Arteche Products: compositions including any ARTECHE product.
Electric framework: this category should represent how deep is the fit regarding professionals of electric sector and their companies.
Shipping Method
The photos have to be send to [email protected], identified with their author’s data (name, surname and contact details) and the work’s data (title and category on which it is presented).

3. OBRAS: La participación en el concurso implica por parte del autor/a la propiedad de la obra, la autorización de los modelos si los hubiera y la licencia

La organización queda pues exonerada de cualquier plagio, y si se produjese cualquier incumplimiento de las bases por parte de un premiado con posterioridad a la entrega de galardones, el premiado deberá devolver el premio a la organización.
4. MODOS DE PRESENTACIÓN: Todas las fotografías serán en formato RAW o, en su defecto, JPEG, con un mínimo de 3 MB.
Son válidas fotografías en color, blanco y negro o cualquier otro formato.
5. DATOS DE IDENTIFICACIÓN: Es imprescindible que todas las fotografías vayan identificadas con los datos de su autor (nombre, apellidos y datos de contacto)
así como de la obra (título y lugar o producto al que corresponde).
Quedarán excluidas las que no vayan acompañadas de dichos datos.
El Grupo ARTECHE no guardará ni utilizará los datos personales de ninguno de los participantes, salvo los necesarios para identificar la obra y contactar con los participantes respecto al resultado del presente concurso.

7. PLAZO DE RECEPCIÓN: El plazo de entrega de materiales comenzará en el momento de la publicación de estas bases en la página web de ARTECHE y finalizará el 1 de noviembre del 2019. Todos los envíos que lleguen fuera de este plazo no
serán admitidos a concurso.
8. LICENCIAS: Todos los concursantes otorgan al Grupo ARTECHE la licencia para difundir y emplear el material enviado en los soportes de difusión corporativa y comercial de la empresa.
Las fotografías premiadas quedarán bajo la propiedad del Grupo ARTECHE y el autor/a se compromete a no emplear dicha fotografía en otro concurso o medio de difusión que no sean sus propias páginas o redes sociales.
El concursante manifiesta y garantiza ser el único titular de todos los derechos de autor sobre la obra que presenta a concurso y se responsabiliza totalmente de toda reclamación en cuanto a derechos de imagen, mantenimiento indemne al Grupo ARTECHE a cualquier reclamación de terceros derivada del incumplimiento de la citada garantía.
9. DECISIÓN DEL JURADO: El fallo del jurado, formado por profesionales del Grupo ARTECHE, será inapelable y se hará público como tarde el 29 de noviembre en www.arteche.com. Se comunicará por mail la decisión del jurado a todos los participantes.
Si a juicio del jurado no se hubiesen presentado obras con la calidad suficiente, los premios podrían quedar desiertos.
Si la fotografía ganadora es descalificada por incumplir alguno de los apartados anteriores, se otorgará el premio a la segunda fotografía con más votos, y así sucesivamente.
Los miembros del jurado no participan en el Concurso.
10. ACEPTACIÓN: Los autores de las fotografías enviadas a este concurso dan su consentimiento y por tanto aceptan las consecuencias del envío de sus obras al presente Concurso del Grupo ARTECHE.
11. PREMIOS: Los premios no podrán ser objeto de cambio, alteración o compensación alguna a petición del participante premiado.
Los participantes premiados podrán renunciar a los premios obtenidos, pero en ningún caso se ofrecerá un premio alternativo, ni dicha renuncia dará derecho de indemnización o compensación.
12. CAMBIO DE PREMIO: En el caso de problemas con el proveedor del premio o con dicho producto, se podrá sustituir dicho premio por uno de la misma índole y de características similares siempre con previo aviso a los participantes.
