COPYRIGHT: You will retain the copyright in the images and text that you submit but we do ask for permission to use them. By entering, you agree to: • adhere to these supplementary rules, the Blipfoto Competition Rules and the Blipfoto Terms of Use; • grant the National Theatre of Scotland the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, right to store, use, copy, edit, modify, reformat any images and text you submit within their own publicity material until 31 December 2011. Each time an image is by used by the National Theatre of Scotland, they will acknowledge and credit the original contributor and blipfoto.com; • provide Blipfoto Ltd and Channel Four Television the non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual and royalty free right to store, use, copy, edit, modify and reformat any images and text you submit in any publicity or communication relating to the competition or the Blipfoto website, across all media; and • Blipfoto Ltd sharing your personal details (name, email, address, telephone number) with the National Theatre of Scotland and Channel Four Television. This information will be shared with them for the purposes of managing and administering the competitions, including announcing and publicising winners. They may also send you information about products and services by post, telephone, e-mail and SMS which they consider may be of interest to you. You may opt-out of receiving marketing information at a later date. These supplementary rules are in addition to, and will prevail in the event of any conflict among, the Blipfoto Competition Rules and the Blipfoto Terms of Use.
