The People’s Royal Wedding Album competition
‘The People’s Royal Wedding Album’ is a group set up by Yahoo! that aims to capture the people’s take on the marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton. Yahoo!’s ‘People’s Royal Wedding Album’ wants to capture it all, hopefully with a sense of humour, for future generations to laugh and point at.
This group is open to everyone – and we’d love to see what people outside the UK make of the Royal Wedding. However, if you’re resident in the UK, Royal Wedding fever has made us doolally and we are offering a £5000 ‘honeymoon’* as a prize for the best snap. Upload your photo by the 3rd of May, and Yahoo!’s Royal Wedding expert Jennie Bond will pick a winner.
A lot of the new photos are of Wills and Kate and the ceremony, which as wonderful as they are and it was, is not really the spirit of this group. We’re looking for what you’re doing, not what they were doing.
