The AOP Open Awards 2013
The AOP Open Awards is run by the Association of Photographers and is the only competition where professionals and amateurs compete on equal terms. There are no categories or themes in this competition so the choice of work submitted is entirely up to the photographer.
The Open Awards exhibition, presentation and party will take place in October in a top East London Gallery.
This competition is open to anyone, including professional photographers, assistants, students and keen amateurs. However, AOP Photographer, Assistant and Student members will get a reduced rate of entry throughout the whole process.
Contest Prize & TERMS
PRIZE DETAILS:
Prizes include…G-Technology hard drives, hire of the Hasselblad studio including equipment, Bikinilists subscriptions and email credits, Production Paradise promotional packages, onOne software, Manfrotto 055CXPRO3 tripod, Blinkbid software and a Fujifilm X-series camera amongst others!

COPYRIGHT: Entrants shall be deemed to warrant that they own copyright in the entire work or that they have permission from the licence owner/s for the uses and that all necessary model/property clearances have been obtained
No copyright is transferred to the AOP in respect of any works entered or accepted.
USAGE RIGHTS: All successful entries will be published on the Awards website, the AOP website, and may be used in Image magazine and in various publications in connection with these Awards, unless specifically requested otherwise by the entrant.
The AOP and the sponsors of the Open Awards reserve the right to display, reproduce and publish in any media, any successful entry, without payment, until the end of October 2014, for the sole purpose of promoting and publicising The Awards (Open & Photographers). The AOP also reserves the right to display all the successful images on the Awards website for an indefinite period unless the entrant requests otherwise.
