COPYRIGHT: Each contestant will retain copyrights to their submitted photo(s). USAGE RIGHTS: By entering the competition, contestants agree that they grant River to Well royalty-free use of the images for use in public exhibitions and displays, in media releases related to the contest, and in printed and electronic publications. The contestants will be given full credit as the creator of their respective image(s) in all such displays and publications. For digital submissions that are determined to be a Best in Show, Place Winner or Honorable Mention, River to Well will create physical prints for the River to Well Photo Competition Exhibitions.

Additionally, images displayed in the River to Well Photo Exhibitions may be sold royalty-free to raise additional funding for clean water projects - 100% of photo sales go toward the direct costs of the water project ONLY, and the photographer will be notified. Multiple prints of a single image may be sold if there are multiple prospective buyers and only during the current year’s competition/fundraising events. For digital submissions, River to Well will provide buyers with physical prints sourced from the original submission. For physical submissions, the photographer will be contacted for additional prints if there are multiple prospective buyers. IMPORTANT: River to Well will only sell images in physical print form, and will under no circumstances sell images in digital form.
