Share the wonder of the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area with other. Enter the Spirit of the Mountains Photo Contest. Let your photographic imagination capture the essence of this hidden jewel.
Photos can be taken on federal, state, county, city, or other public agency property, so long as the photo is taken within the Santa Monica Mountains Zone which includes the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area and associated watersheds and canyons.

PRIZE DETAILS:
All entries will be on exhibit October 20, 2012 through November 24, 2012 at the Santa Monica Mountains Interagency Visitor Center at King Gillette Ranch.
First Place winners will be published in the OUTDOORS, our quarterly calendar of events and programs, with an average circulation of 18,000 issues.
Second and Third place winners may be published in OUTDOORS as space permits. ELIGIBILITY: USA Not eligible to enter? - Find contest where you are.
