Sharing stories of democracy Photo Contest
As part of the first Parliament Week (31 October-6 November), a new national photography project, Picturing Democracy, has been launched which aims to capture individuals’ stories of democracy from across the UK.
The project is open to anyone with a camera and asks for submissions to be of anything – past or present – that represents democracy to you…but not the Houses of Parliament.
As Parliament Week is a nation-wide series of events, the photo project aims to highlight stories of democracy from across the country, and not just Westminster.
