The theme of this competition is “SHADOW” Feel free to use your imagination and step outside of the box and be creative. Edit how you see fit to edit, however, please note that your photo will not be judged based on your ability to edit a photo, but, on the use of the theme in your photo.

Anyone who has a camera with an itchy shutter finger can enter this competition. No matter where you are from, or who you are, this competition is for EVERYONE!

This competition will run from NOW to the close of play (global) on the 14th March 2011.

Judges will review and compare the entries in each category—and then assign each entry a rating from 1-5 on each of the following criteria: (1) aesthetics/composition (2) technical perfection. The entries with the highest scores will become finalists. The judges will review and discuss the finalists collectively in reference to the stated criteria; and in so doing, they will decide the winner.
