I, ___________________________________, hereby give the Economic and Cultural Development Group t/d/b/a Plein Air Camp Hill (hereinafter “ECDG”) and their legal representatives and assigns the right and permission to publish my name, contact information and artwork for the specific purpose of publication in various brochures, promotional literature and to their website, www.pleinaircamphill.org.

In giving my consent, I hereby release and hold harmless ECDG, their officers, employees, agents and designees from any and all responsibility or liability. I understand that I will receive no compensation, should any of my information or artwork be used.

I understand my information and my copied artwork along with this artwork release form will be maintained at ECDG. I understand I may change or withdraw this release/consent at any time by contacting ECDG in writing to the address listed below.

I understand ECDG has full authority as to which information and artwork they choose to place on their website. ECDG is not required nor obligated to use any information or artwork I submit.
