PRIZE DETAILS: The Overall Winner will win a cash prize of £1000 (or equivalent in another currency) and will be given a photography account with Alamy, as a featured photographer. If the overall winner submits to Alamy 10 images or more (including the winning picture), Alamy will give 100% commission for the first sale, or £150 (whichever is the most), up to the cash value of £500. The winner will then also receive a 'featured photographer' profile on Alamy's website. The Overall Prize does not include anything other than the elements stated above.

USAGE RIGHTS: By entering the competition, you grant PrivateFly a free, non-exclusive, irrevocable international licence to reproduce, enlarge, publish or exhibit, on any media, the shortlisted and winning images for any purpose directly connected with the competition. This may include, but is not limited to:
On the PrivateFly.com and other PrivateFly websites;
On a secure web browser for judging purposes;
For use in press coverage giving information about or promoting the competition;
For use as part of the PrivateFly Private Jet Photography Awards “Winners Archive” to promote the competition/exhibition in perpetuity;
PrivateFly will make every effort to ensure that name credits are included with images;
Free usage of any photograph outside of the scope of the competition will not be permitted by PrivateFly, or any of its partners.
For any use that falls outside the scope of promotion of the competition (as detailed above) royalties will be discussed & negotiated with the photographer concerned.
