It’s that time of year again! Time for one of our more popular art contests – our 5th annual Portraits Art Exhibition. This year we are dedicating an entire issue of Artist Portfolio Magazine to our Portraits V Art Exhibition. The term “PORTRAITS” is open the artist’s interpretation.
