Entry is open to all artists residing in the United States. Scale and perspective are pervasive issues in the realm of fine art photography. This year’s photography competition seeks experimental works using the photographic medium that challenges our ideas of relative scale and perspective, as well as integrated use of other media in unique and creative ways.

Epic panoramic, pinhole and photogram, photo-transfers, 3D photographic sculpture or objects, installation, high speed, time-lapse and frozen-in-time images, as well as infrared and HDR photography, are just some of the means photographers may use to create dynamic works using the photographic medium.

Analog and digital photographs are both eligible and may be used with any other medium.  Note: the gallery has a 22ft. extended ceiling with mounts that may be accessed for installation. Digital enhancement should be noted in the Process Notes section of the on-line application, and photographic images must be artist’s original work. Fine art photography images should emphasize unique composition, pattern, shape, and color/contrast. Framed photographs may not exceed 48″ width and 60″ height.
