PetSavers Photography Competition Mischievous Pets
A leading animal charity has launched its popular annual photography competition with award-winning photographer Paul Walker as this year’s guest judge.
Do you have a playful pet that perhaps has a tendency to get into mischief? If you do PetSavers, a charity that funds vital research into pet diseases, is inviting amateur photographers and pet-lovers alike to submit your best pictures of your mischief-makers in action.
Paul Walker, Scottish Master Pet Photographer of the year five times in a row, said, “PetSavers is important because it helps find new treatments to combat those diseases for which no treatments yet exist. Pets are a massive part of any family and healthy and happy pets can certainly make for a happier home environment.”
The competition is free to enter, with a closing date for entries on the 31st January 2014 – it has two categories, Adult and Junior (16 and under). Entry to the competition could not be easier, simply upload the photo of your pet getting up to mischief and fill in the form below, all submissions will be instantly entered subject to Terms and Conditions – we love our pets getting up to mischief but be gentle when taking those photos we love our mischievous pets but not in danger.
Contest Prize & TERMS
Second prize winners will receive £100 in photography vouchers and third prize winners will receive £50 in photography vouchers. ELIGIBILITY: UK Not eligible to enter? - Find contest where you are.
COPYRIGHT: You warrant that:
(a) You are the sole author and owner of the copyright for all images entered.
(b) The photographs you submit shall not infringe the rights of any third parties.
All copyright and title to all entered photographs remains with you in its entirety. USAGE RIGHTS: You grant Petsavers, BSAVA and the competition sponsors non-exclusive royalty-free, irrevocable licence rights to use the photographs for any purpose including, but not limited to, the following purposes: •Inclusion within the Petsavers newsletter, the Petsavers Bulletin. •Inclusion within BSAVA Congress promotional publications. •Promotion of and publicity for this competition in the future. Where possible, appropriate credits will be given. •Display at the BSAVA Congress of the winning and commended entries. •Use on merchandise to be sold by Petsavers or the sponsors to raise funds for Petsavers. •The right to sub-license the use of the photographs.
