Oregon Coffee Board Photo Awards 2014

Oregon Coffee Board Photo Awards 2014Oregon Coffee Board Photo Awards 2014 is now accepting entries. The Oregon Coffee Board was founded in 2014 to represent the Oregon coffee industry and promote the quality and diversity that is found among the coffee trade.

We are pleased to announce the first annual photo contest where we invite amateur and professional photographers to compete in four categories that highlight coffee’s journey from seed to cup. Winning photos will be published in Roast magazine and the Grand Prize is a trip to coffee farms in Tanzania, Africa.

FARMING – Great coffee comes from great soil and the best coffee is tended by hand from seed to perfectly ripe bean.
ROASTING – Roasting is a delicate dance of heat and potential flavors. It takes decades to perfect.
CREATING – Anyone can make coffee. Very few have the magic to make transcendent coffee
EXPERIENCING – Coffee can be a best friend or part time lover. It can start things, prolong them or bring them to an end.
