The theme for this contest is OPEN, so it can be a photo of  anything of your choosing, which enables you to be as creative as you wish with your subject. You can only submit one photo. If you submit more than the allowed amount, this can lead to all your entries being removed.

How do I get more votes?
Once you have submitted your entry, you will see social links for Facebook, Twitter etc. on the left hand side, and you can use these to promote your entry. You can also use your entries url to promote your photo on your website, or other websites.
What will my photo be used for?

Why was my photo removed from the contest?
There are a number of reasons why a photo is removed, but generally it is removed for poor quality, (out of focus etc.), or it is too small in size to see any detail, or it has a date/text stamped across the photo, or it has text other than a subtle watermarks across the photo, or it has fallen foul of the rules and terms.
