ONE Photography Competition
The ONE competition calls for entries around the globe! Using the theme of “ONE”, the competition hopes to encourage budding photographers to come forth and showcase their talents by submitting their work online. Submitted images will be featured in an online gallery. The highlights of this competition will be the mentorship program. DEADLINE EXTENDED TO 31ST AUGUST 2010
Provided for the finalists to further the quality of their works, 3 lucky finalists will have the chance to be under the guidance of established photographers over a span of 1 week. They will get to showcase these new works at the exhibition, alongside the professionals. Not forgetting the attractive prize of high-end digital camera equipment worth up to a total of S$20,000

The theme is ONE – an acronym for Our Need To Express – interpret it however you want to.

Contest Prize & TERMS
COPYRIGHT: The Organiser recognizes You, the author of the image, retain full ownership of the copyright in each Entry. All entrants understand that any image submitted to the competition may be used by the Organiser, and its Event Partners, for marketing and promotional purposes of the event only, for a maximum of three years after the awards ceremony on 21 May 2010. You hereby grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, irrevocable licence in each Entry throughout the world for three years in all media for any use connected to the promotion of the ONE event and/or competition, including, but not limited to: (a) judging the ONE Competition (b) displaying the winning entries and runners up at public exhibitions promoting the ONE Convention and organised by the Organiser. (c) inclusion within the Website, a commemorative book and magazines or similar. (d) inclusion within any materials promoting of the Competition and / or any exhibition organised by the Organiser, in the promotion of the ONE Convention. (e) inclusion on Competition-and exhibition-related products to be sold by the Organiser or any third party following the individual agreement by the author (f) sub-licencing the Entries to the press for reproduction in connection with the Competition and any exhibition (g) allowing viewers of the Website to view images on a computer screen, PDA or mobile telephone and store such pages in electronic form on disk or on a PDA or mobile telephone (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network) for their personal, non-commercial use only. Any photograph used by the Organiser shall carry a credit line.
