Nude Photography Awards 2022
We invite you to participate in the first edition of the nude awards. we are looking for the best nude picture for this year, 2022.
Our call is open to any artistic interpretation of nude photography. black & white, color, female or male nudes, suggestive or implicit, realistic, abstract, iconographic….. any gender that reflects or suggests the beauty of the body has its space in this call.
The nude, as a mirror of social and moral norms, has had a strong impact on the history and evolution of photography and art in general, from the antiquity of the classical nudes of ancient Greece to the present day.
Nude photography as an artistic representation of the body. Shapes, volumes, plays of light and shadows to show beauty or simply suggest what is not shown, are the tools that the artist has to transform the images into a language that brings him closer to visual poetry. We hope to see images with unique points of view and innovative approaches, as well as images that fit the more traditional forms of nude photography.
After 10 years of promoting talented photographers, we have designed the Nude Photography Awards to discover incredible images and photographers who wish to take a step up in their career through recognition and international visibility that only the Nude Photography Awards can give them. Your images need to be seen and we will make it happen. We want you to show us your work so we can show it to the world.
An international jury composed by Julia Fullerton-Batten, fine-art photographer renowned for her highly cinematic visual story-telling. Linda Troeller, prestigious american photographer focus on women and sexuality, Olivier Valsecchi, considered one of the most notable new representatives of contemporary nude photography and the management team of Dodho Magazine will select the images and photographers awarded in this first edition of the Nude Photography Awards 2022.
The winner of the competition will receive the title of Photographer of the Year and a cash prize, in addition to being published in a place of honor in the annual Nude Awards book, along with the 100 finalists, second and third place winners and two honorable mentions. In addition, the 25 best images will be exhibited for one year in our online gallery, which receives thousands of visits from industry professionals
Contest Prize & TERMS
COPYRIGHT: The images copyright will be exclusively and at all times of the photographer and author of the image. The images will use strictly in relation to the Dodho prizes and will not be used for other purposes than the direct promotion of their authors. The images may not be used in any case by any third party without the express consent of the author and by written request, which will be sent to the author by email. Dodho is granted the right to publish the best works received in its online version and subsequent promotion in its social networks, always safeguarding authorship and copyright. USAGE RIGHTS: All participants to Nude Awards 2022, by virtue of their presentation, believing the images and projects presented are their own work and there has been no infringement of copyright. Dodho is not responsible for any infringement of rights may arise during the selection process and subsequent display of any image. The entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the photograph, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the exhibition and use of the photograph. The projects will be judged by a professional and relevant jury in the photography field, with no flare and none of the author data. The jury’s decision will not be appealable and will be definitive.
