The theme for this month’s competition is Natures surprises Photo Contest. The natural world gifts us with many surprises; these can include shape, patterns, colours, form. We are looking for great technique and excellence of photography so remember to submit images with good lighting, exposure and compositional elements. Finally presentation can give your images that finishing touch so consider putting a border around the image and use a postproduction to give your images that little extra.

This new organisation welcomes into membership pro and enthusiast photographers who have a love for the natural world. Wildlife photographers are devoted to capturing animals in action, such as in flight, their natural habitats, hunting, eating, fighting, or just simply in their natural environment. Nature photography refers to a wide range of photography taken outdoors and devoted to displaying natural elements such as landscapes,wildlife, plants, and close-ups of natural scenes and textures. Nature photography tends to put a stronger emphasis on the aesthetic value of the photo than other photography genres, such as photojournalism and documentary photography. Landscape photography is a genre intended to show different spaces within the world, sometimes vast and unending, but other times microscopic. While many landscape photographers show little or no human activity in their photos, striving to attain ‘pure’ unsullied landscapes that are normally devoid of human influence, using instead subjects such as strongly defined landforms, weather, and ambient light.
