Nature Photography Contest
To celebrate Scotland’s amazing biodiversity, Scottish Natural Heritage (SNH) is launching a free photo contest. As part of Scottish Biodiversity Week festivities, SNH is encouraging Scots to enjoy nature by capturing their favourite natural places and wildlife.
The sixth annual Nature Photography Competition is open to both amateur and professional photographers. Keen photographers have plenty of time to get snapping, with a deadline of July 31 to get their photos to SNH.
Contest Prize & TERMS
PRIZE DETAILS:
1st prize: A one to one tutorial with a top Scottish nature photographer
2nd prize: Nikon D5100 Digital SLR Camera (18-55 mm VR Lens Kit) Camera case 8GB Secure Digital Card Tripod with carry case
3rd prize: Panasonic Lumix LX5 10.1 MP Digital camera – Black Camera case 8GB Secure Digital Card Tripod with carry case ELIGIBILITY: Residents of Scotland. Not eligible to enter? - Find contest where you are.
COPYRIGHT: The photographer must be the sole author and owner of the copyright of all pictures submitted. USAGE RIGHTS: By participating in this competition, the photographer agrees that his/her pictures may be used, free of charge, by Scottish Natural Heritage, in exhibitions and publications of the organisers. The photographer will be named in every publication.
