National TV Photo Contest
FineArtAmerica, the world’s fastest growing online art site, is hosting a photography contest offering photographers around the world the unique opportunity to have their images featured in a 30-second Fine Art America TV commercial. The commercial will be aired nationally throughout the United States in July 2012 and is budgeted to reach a minimum of 10 million viewers.

In order to celebrate the addition of our 100,000th member, we’re hosting an online photo competition. The winners of the competition will appear in our next TV commercial which is scheduled to begin airing in July 2012!
Contest Prize & TERMS
COPYRIGHT: The photographers always maintain the copyrights to their images. USAGE RIGHTS: By uploading an image to the contest, you certify that you own the copyright to the image and that you have the authority to license the image to FineArtAmerica.com for display on our website. This license remains in effect until such time that you decide to remove the image from our website. When you remove the image from our website, our license to display it on the website is instantly terminated.
Further, should you win the contest, you acknowledge that you will grant a license to FAA to display your image in our TV commercial. The TV license will last in perpetuity and is limited to one 30-second commercial that gets produced as a result of this contest.
