COPYRIGHT: The photographer must be the creator of the submitted image(s) and own copyright to the work. Artists retain all copyright to their own images. USAGE RIGHTS: By submitting for jurying, artists whose submissions are chosen for the exhibition grant SAC’s and the Montgomery Photo Festival the right to use their images for the purpose of promoting the artist, promoting exhibitions, and subsequent display on SAC’s and the Montgomery Photo Festival websites of current and past exhibitions. Further, the artist represents that he or she created the image and has the right to make this grant of use. Promotions and images may also be placed on social networks for the SAC’s and the Montgomery Photo Festival. Artists grant the use of their image(s) as stated without further contact or compensation from SAC’s and the Montgomery Photo Festival. We do run ads in print media at times promoting our events. Should your image(s) be selected for a printed promotion, you may be asked to provide the exhibit with a digital image of higher resolution that the one submitted for the jury process.
