PRIZE DETAILS: The winners of the PES Group competition will be invited to a prize-giving ceremony at the Committee of the Regions headquarters in Brussels, on a date to be determined, during the second half of 2012. Winners may be accompanied by one person. Return tickets to Brussels will be provided, as well as accommodation in a hotel chosen by the Committee of the Regions.

1st prize: a touchscreen tablet computer and two four-day trips for two people to two European cities of their choice including: 2 X 2 return flights in economy class; 2 X 3 nights in a double room (including breakfast) in a hotel chosen by the Committee of the Regions.

2nd prize: a touchscreen tablet computer and one four-day trip for two people to a European city of their choice including: - two return flights in economy class; three nights in a double room (including breakfast) in a hotel chosen by the Committee of the Regions.

COPYRIGHT: The PES Group recognises your right to retain full ownership of the copyright for each photograph. USAGE RIGHTS: All entrants understand that the photograph submitted for the competition may be used by the PES Group, at any of its events. You hereby grant the PES Group the right to use the photograph in the framework of its activities.

Any photograph used by the PES Group shall carry a credit line. Any failure to provide a credit line shall not be deemed to be a breach of the agreement, as long as the PES Group makes a reasonable effort to rectify the omission within a reasonable time from the date the omission is notified.

You agree to take part in publicity for the competition and to the use of your name and likeness for the purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.
