• Step 1: Review contest rules and regulations. A copy of these can be found through the link below. Contest consent forms (if applicable) can be found on the Languages and Cultures Photo Contest site through Western’s learning management system OWL. Further instructions regarding OWL use and photo submissions are found below.

• Step 2: Submit your photo(s). Participants will receive an email notification when the submission has been received. Once the submission deadline has passed, a panel of judges will review and evaluate all entries.

• Step 3: Winners will be notified by in May via email. With the winners’ consent, winners will also be announced via the Department website and Instagram account.
