Lake District Life and Landscapes
The photos will be judged by an independent panel of judges, whose decision is final and binding. NO correspondence will be entered into. The judges will look for images which best capture the variety of English Lake District Life and Scenery in all its formats and seasons, and in which the photographer has shown skill and imagination in taking the photo.

COPYRIGHT: You retain ownership of the intellectual property in your entry. However, we may use entries as set out in the rules. Where we wish to use any entry for any other purpose than display on this website, we will contact you and discuss a commercial agreement for such use. In consideration of The Lake District Guide agreeing to accept entries to the competition, you agree that The Lake District Guide may make any and all entries available on the website. In addition the photos you submit may be selected by us for commercial use, on other websites not owned by RPB Internet Ltd, or in any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, which may include other internet sites, television and/or radio and that entries may be made available with advertising and/or sponsorship. In such cases of commercial use, we will discuss a royalty agreement with you and if no such agreement can be agreed upon, the photos will not be used by us in these commercial contexts.
Two cash prizes of £500 for best two entries in opinion of the judges.
