Freitag says, “We show the world who we are through our work. Sometimes we are in control of what we reveal. Sometimes the revelations come after the work is done and we sit with it for awhile.
This call for art, “Self-Portrait” seeks work that explores your visual nature at any given moment in time. It can be representative abstract, or conceptual. You are in control of what you want to share.”

20% of artist fees go to charity. 10% to the curator’s charity and 10% to the first place winner’s charity.

Freitag has chosen- The Seva Foundation (Cataract surgeries cured by a 15-minute surgery costing as little as $50.)

We will waive the fee for 2 entrants per competition based on need. Just contact us at [email protected] and make the request.
