This year, for the nineteenth time, the Kolga photo contest is held. This year’s nominations are: Documentary series, Reportage, Conceptual photo project, One best shot & Mobile photo best Shot. The prize pool is $ 6,500. The winners in the first three nominations will receive $ 1,500-1,500 each. The best shot nomination winner will receive $ 1,000 and author of the best mobile photo category will receive $ 500. The KOLGA NEWCOMER PHOTO AWARD is presented to a young photographer under the age of 25, whose photo will be selected from documentary, reportage and conceptual photo projects. The modest aim of the award is to facilitate professional development of young photographers and help them to pave the way in the world of photography.
