The primary criteria is your commitment to use the documentary form to explore the human condition—with the goal of increasing our understanding of it. SDN reserves the right to dissolve and/or sell the assets of SDN, including the contents in our databases, including the right to display the images that you have uploaded to the Site. SDN makes a commitment to you, our members, that in the event of such a sale, the new owners will agree to the above terms and conditions.
