5th International Biennial of Photography – ISF World Cup 2016
ISF World Cup is an annual world circuit Photography Exhibition judged by a board of five Jury members. from France, Italy, Macedonia, Spain and Vietnam. This event is hosted and organized by Image Sans Frontière (ISF) – France.
The Biennial is open to anyone; however, an entry may be rejected when the sponsoring organization believes the entry does not conform to exhibition rules and conditions. All the acceptances will be valid for ISF, PSA, GPU and “PSA star rating” distinctions.
Each author may submit up to four different works in each section. The works will be presented to the judges at random.
Images accepted in a previous ISF World Cup or which, in the opinion of the organizers, are too similar to those accepted in a previous ISF World Cup, will not be judged.
Any image with a signature, a logo or a sign of recognition will be refused.
The entrant can submit the images created on film-based photography or digital medium but all images must be produced through photographic techniques.
All images must be the full property of the author who may not incorporate elements produced by others and be guaranteeing the image rights of people appearing on the pictures. Any changes on the original image must be performed by the author.
The author authorizes the organizers to reproduce all or part of his/her pictures, free of charge, in publications or any kind of media to promote the 2016 World Cup.
Each photograph must bear a single title. Such title as “No title” will not be accepted.
By participating, each author agrees to accept all the terms and conditions of this Regulation. In case of any unpredictable event, the organizer will not be held responsible.
The members of the Management Committee are not allowed to participate.
Contest Prize & TERMS
PRIZE DETAILS:
– € 1,000 FOR THE BEST OVERALL AUTHOR: The author who will have accumulated the highest number of points (two sections) by the 5 international juries.

2 ISF GOLD MEDALS: One per section
2 GPU/UPI GOLD MEDALS: One per section
2 IUP GOLD MEDALS: One per section
2 IUP SILVER MEDALS: One per section
2 IUP BRONZE MEDALS: One per section
ISF SILVER MEDALS: Best photo of the salon, 2 in each salon
ISF BRONZE MEDALS: Special choice of judges, 6 in each salon

100 GPU Ribbons
20 IUP Ribbons
30 SPECIAL PRIZES by organizing country:
– 2 Gold medals. One per section (Spain)
– 3 GDPC (Gold, Silver, Bronze) medals (Vietnam)
– Special Prize: “Peoples and Nature”. Festival de La Gacilly (France) Not eligible to enter? - Find contest where you are.
COPYRIGHT: All images must be the full property of the author, who may not incorporate elements produced by others and be guaranteeing the image rights of people appearing on the pictures. Any changes on the original image must be performed by the author. USAGE RIGHTS: By registration, every participant guarantees that every work belongs exclusively to him or her and authorizes the organizers to exhibit and to reproduce the works, in full or in part, without payment of rights, for the promotion of the Biennial event and of Image Sans Frontière.
The participants assume their full responsibility concerning the possible rights of third parties and any claim for damages concerning image copyrights.
