The French International Wildbird Photo Competition organized by the Bird and Nature Festival is open – Do not hesitate to register now ! Award of € 1 500 for the First Prize.

Within the framework of the 20th Bird and Nature Festival, that will be held from April 10 to 18, 2010, we invite world-wide photographers to participate in one of the most expected events of the spring.

The competition has been established 20 years ago to celebrate birds, wildlife and one of the most famous bays in the world : The Bay of Somme in Picardy (North of France).

There are five main categories to recognize the talents of all nationalities photographers, as well as two special prizes awarded by the public and net surfers.

The images receiving judges’s commendations will form part of an exhibition which will be held during the 20th Bird and Nature Festival, from April 10th to 18th, 2010.
