IGPOTY returns for its 14th year and continues to be one of the world’s most respected photographic competitions and touring exhibitions which has somewhat uniquely continued to tour outdoors throughout 2020’s year of pandemic when it was safe to do so.

The exhibition focuses on plants, gardens, and botanical photography and has been supported since the very first IGPOTY by Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.

(N.B. IGPOTY is not owned or run by RBG Kew).

PRIZE DETAILS: £5,000 - Best Overall Single Image (from a main category)
International Garden Photographer of the Year title.
Signed certificate, photo goes on tour.

£1,500 - Best Overall Portfolio
Signed certificate, photo goes on tour.
The Royal Photographic Society gold medal
