Contest Prize & TERMS
COPYRIGHT: Copyright of the photograph shall remain with the photographer at all times. USAGE RIGHTS: All entrants agree to grant Global Photo Awards permission to use the work for promotional purposes in any of their publications, electronic media or printed materials, including website, online galleries, publications, calendar, yearbook, catalogue, program book, trade show, exhibition visuals and marketing materials for a period of two years from the Nominations and Winners Presentation, without further permission or remuneration.
Entrants also understand the work may be published in affiliated newspapers, magazines, and periodicals, solely for the purpose of promoting the work, the photographer, and the Global Photo Awards.
