Fremantle International Portrait Prize
The FiPP promotes excellence in the art of portrait photography at the same time as raising funds for the well established charitable organisation, Arthritis & Osteoporosis Western Australia. By participating in the FiPP you can help vital work in the prevention and treatment of arthritis which occurs across all age groups, from children to the elderly. Endorsed by the City of Fremantle, the FiPP is fast becoming one of Australia’s most prestigious photographic portrait awards.

COPYRIGHT: By submitting works to this competition you confirm that for each of the works submitted: you are the sole copyright holder; you have not licensed any rights in the work that conflict with the usage rights required by the FiPP; you have the permissions of any persons in the work, or if they are under 16, the consent of their parent or guardian, to grant the usage rights required by the FiPP; that it does not include trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any other third person or entity; that it does not contain names, likenesses, or other characteristics identifying celebrities or other public figures, living or deceased; you will be responsible for any claim made by any third party in respect of your entry and to fully indemnify the FiPP and its sponsors in respect of all royalties, fees and any other monies owing to any person or entity by reason of your breaching any of the foregoing. The author of the photograph(s) retains the Copyright ownership; USAGE RIGHTS: By entering the competition all entrants agree to allow their images to be exhibited on the FiPP website and for reasonable promotional purposes during future competitions. Images displayed on the FiPP website will be of low resolution and will be marked with the copyright symbol and the photographer's name as given on the entry form. All Entrants agree to allow their mounted images to be exhibited at the FiPP exhibition (where the names of each photographer will appear) and on the FiPP website. All printed material containing images entered in the FiPP will also include this attribution
