FotoDC 2011 International Artists Competition
2011 FotoWeek DC International Awards Competition. Challenge the Way We Look at the World. FotoWeek DC’s fourth Annual International Awards Competition is looking for extraordinary images! The 2011 competition will honor professional and emerging photographers from our region and from around the world. We’re looking for you!
Entries will be accepted in 11 main categories
Cash prizes totaling $20,000
Winners will be selected by a distinguished panel of world-renowned judges
Winners will be notified by October 5, 2011.
Winning images will be exhibited and/or projected during FotoWeek DC, November 5-12 as well as on-line

STUDENT PORTFOLIO AWARD: 1st Place: CASH AWARD OF $600,2nd Place: CASH AWARD OF $300, 3rd Place: CASH AWARD OF $100
MOBILE PHONE AWARDS: 1st Place: CASH AWARD OF $400, 2nd Place: CASH AWARD OF $200, 3rd Place: CASH AWARD OF $100
The winners, at the discretion of the Sponsor, will be included in an exhibition during the FotoWeek DC festival on November 5-12, 2011.Total cash value of the awards: $20,000. In addition, awarded work will be shown online at www.fotoweekdc.org. ELIGIBILITY: Photographers worldwide / 18+ Not eligible to enter? - Find contest where you are.
COPYRIGHT: Participants photographs will not be sold. Participant retains the copyright to his or her photograph and the Sponsors may not sell your photo entry for a fee. USAGE RIGHTS: Winning entries may be used by FotoWeek DC, a non-profit organization, in connection with the International Awards Competition and promotion of the International Awards Competition for five years.
