PRIZE DETAILS: Our prize for the February/March competition is a year’s subscription to the photography magazine Amateur photographer, a weekly publication. We also publicise your work on our website, and your work, along with other highly commended runner-ups will become part of a touring exhibitions of works around the UK in 2012-2013. COPYRIGHT: You retain ownership of the copyright in your photograph as its author and you are free to republish it wherever you wish and in whatever medium you want. USAGE RIGHTS: We reserve the right to use your photograph in a TPA exhibition at a later date, but will inform you prior to this should you be selected.

By submitting a photograph you:
a) give us permission to publish it online at www.thephotographicangle.co.uk or any online sites of publication operated by TPA and
b) grant us a non-exclusive, royaltyfree, worldwide license to republish it in any format including without limitation in print and electronic formats and you give us permission to use your name for the purpose of identifying you as the author of your photograph.

There will be no payment for publication.
