2) The entrant must not infringe any copyrights or any other rights of any third party (portrait rights, etc)
3) Only online entries will be eligible (Mail, submission of USB is not allowed)
4) All submitted photographs will not be returned USAGE RIGHTS: -Common Rules
1) No limit on the numbers of photos per person
2) One person wins one prize only
3) A copy or imitation of another's work is not allowed. If it occurs, winner's prize will be forfeited
4) Photo must have been taken within 3 years before the contest
5) Any marks in photos is banned (painting with hands, initials, etc)

-Environmental Photography
1) Both Single photo and Photo Series are acceptable
2) Photo Series contain 2 to 5 photos
3) Photo editing is not allowed (Retouching, composition, etc)
4) Detailed description of photo editing must be submitted (if any)

-Staged Environmental Photography
1) Using props, items and staged actions are acceptable
2) Photo retouching, composition and color correction are available
3) It is essential to use all image sources permitted under fair use
