COPYRIGHT: I, the artist, grant to the Visual Overture Magazine (“the publisher”) non-exclusive publication rights for the artwork images submitted, and further grant a non-exclusive license for other uses of the work for the duration of its copyright in all languages, throughout the world, in all media for advertising purpose of the publisher. I give right to the publisher to make image adjustments as needed for publication, including but not limited to variations in color, brightness, hue, and sizing (cropping) to accomplish the desired aesthetics of reproductions of the artwork.Copyrights and ownership of the artwork images remains with the artist. Artist name and artwork title will always be displayed with reproduced art images. The artist warrants to the publisher that he/she is the sole creator of the artworks and has the full power to make this agreement. The artist indemnifies the publisher against any losses and other expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, after final judgment of any claim or action against any or all of these warranties.
