PRIZE DETAILS: Grand Prize winner - a Canon EOS 60D Digital SLR Camera with an 18-55mm IS II lens, and a place on a National Geographic Weekend Photography Workshop (Workshop) to be held in the United States, a round trip economy class ticket, inclusive of tax, for one (1) person to the United States (with an additional one (1) round trip economy class ticket, inclusive of tax, for a parent or guardian in the event that the Grand Prize winner is under the age of 18 on the date of travel) and 3 nights' accommodation in the United States for the duration of the Workshop.

1st Runner up winner – a Canon EOS 650D Digital SLR Camera with an 18-55mm IS II lens.

2nd Runner up winner – a Canon EOS 1100D Digital SLR Camera with an 18-55mm IS II lens.

Subject to the following, the Top Three Winners will also each receive a round trip economy class ticket for one (1) person to Singapore and two night’s hotel accommodation in Singapore (the location and level of which is to be decided at the sole discretion of the Promoters) to attend the Competition awards ceremony (Ceremony) and Competition photo exhibition (if such exhibition proceeds) (Exhibition) both of which are scheduled to be held in Singapore

Any Top Three Winner who is a Singapore resident shall not receive the round trip economy class ticket for one person to Singapore or the two night’s hotel accommodation in Singapore and the Promoters shall not be liable to compensate the Winner as a result of the Winner being not entitled to this part of the prize. COPYRIGHT: By entering the Competition you represent and warrant that the Works do not infringe any copyright, trademark, property rights, rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party and that you have the full and unrestricted right to transfer the Works to the Promoters free and clear of any claims or encumbrances. USAGE RIGHTS: By entering the Competition you irrevocably agree to the use of your name, personal particulars, likeness and photographs for any advertising, promotional and publicity activities relating to or in connection with the Competition and in such manner at such place as the Promoters may determine at their sole and absolute discretion, without compensation;

And grant the Promoters and any party authorized by the Promoters an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right and licence to use any material submitted as a part of your entry into the Competition (the Works) in any manner, for any purpose the Promoters may see fit, without the need to seek consent of any party or make any financial payment or fees to any other party, in all forms of media now known or hereafter invented;

And to the fullest extent permitted by law, waive any moral rights or similar rights you may have in the Works or any part thereof throughout the world; and undertake not to object to any use of the Works by the Promoters or any party authorized by either of the Promoters.

The Promoters will use reasonable endeavours to procure that all uses of the photographs are accompanied by a credit, acknowledging the photographer, where it is reasonably practicable to do so.
