Call for entries for the Environmental Photography Exhibition that will be held in conjunction with the Colorado Environmental Film Festival at the American Mountaineering Center in Golden, Colorado, November 25, 2009.

Photography has historically made a difference in the environment since its inception. It has offered a visual testimonial and influenced, people, communities, businesses and governments to do the right thing.

All photographers, from all regions and working in all styles and process are encouraged to enter.The show is seeking a variety of photographic images ranging in style and technique from avant-garde to traditional. The diversity symbolises the different world communities that need to come together to overcome today’s daunting environmental challenges. The common theme of the exhibition is the image’s ability to inform, convey, motivate or passionately move its viewer.

The juror is the curator of the world famous fine-art gallery Camera Obscura : Hal Gould.
