PRIZE DETAILS: Overall winner receives the accolade and presentation at Discover Dogs 2013* which takes place at Earl’s Court, London on 9-10 November and we award our main winners with trophies and rosettes, runner-ups receive rosettes and certificates. We also have some wonderful gifts such as leads and collars donated by sponsors. The main overall winning photo from all categories receives the honour of being on our prestigious flagship publication, The Kennel Gazette – the UK’s oldest dog magazine. COPYRIGHT: The entrant warrants that the photo(s) will not infringe any rights of any third party. The entrant must also be the sole author and owner of the copyright in all photo(s) entered i.e. the entrant must have taken the photograph(s). Photos must be the sole work of the photographer, no shared copyright and all model releases permissions and location releases (if needed) undertaken by the photographer. USAGE RIGHTS: The entrant grants the worldwide and non-exclusive royalty-free right and license for copyright in the photograph entered to reproduce any prize winning and commended entries in relation to the Kennel Club/Crufts branded forms and media and in all manners for Kennel Club/Crufts advertising, promotion and marketing and official Kennel Club/Crufts licensed products. The entrant grants the right to free reproduction and exhibition in all media (now known and hereafter created).

The entrant agrees to give the Kennel Club, their licensees and representatives his/her permission to use his/her pictures, portrait or image in all and any Kennel Club/Crufts advertising, promotion, marketing or any other lawful purposes without his/her approval of the used imagery including Kennel Club approved licensing and marketing partner usage.
