December 2023 Wildlife Photography Contest
Welcome to our special, end-of-year monthly wildlife photo contest!
The theme for the December 2023 Wildlife Photography Contest is “Wildlife Reflections.”
In this month’s contest, we want you to look for wildlife subjects that include a reflection in the photo.
The obvious place where you might see a wildlife subject in reflection might be close to home such as in a puddle or backyard water feature, or someplace far away such as a city, state or national park, a nature park or wildlife refuge.
You are expected to give your photo a short title (maximum five words), include a brief caption (maximum 50 words), and name the specific location where you photographed your entry (backyard, “X” City Park, “X” Nature Center, and the city, state/province, and country).
As always, wildlife must be wild and free, unrestrained, and not domesticated or living in captivity.
To ensure your photo is accepted for judging, please size your photos according to the wildlife photography contest rules, include both your first and last name on the entry form, and do NOT include a watermark.
We hope you enjoy the search for wildlife in reflection, whether in the form of a new photo or something you find in your photo files. Good luck!
