I warrant that that the Photograph is my original work created solely by me and does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity, or any other rights of any third party, and that my participation in this contest does not violate any agreement between me and any third party. USAGE RIGHTS: I hereby grant Crossroads Trading Co., Inc. and its affiliates, assignees and licensees (collectively, “CTC”), if I am a first, second, third or honorable mention prize winner in the contest (a “Prize Winner”), an exclusive right to publish, use, distribute, reproduce, modify, and publicly display the photograph submitted by me (the “Photograph”) and to create derivative works from the Photograph for a period of five years from the date of the announcement of the prize winners (“License Term”) in any medium now or hereafter known, including, without limitation, on-line or in print, without any compensation to me (other than a prize).
