Theme: ‘Irish Trees and Hedgerows’

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Entries to be sent to: CRANN Photo Competition, P.O. Box 860, Celbridge, Co. Kildare.

This competition is open to all amateur photographers.

• Photos should be minimum size 6×4 inches up to A4 size maximum.
• Traditional and digital prints will be accepted but manipulation of images to alter or enhance the subject matter is not allowed.
• Each photographer may enter up to 3 prints.
• On back of print must include the following information:

Name, Address, Telephone Number, Title of Print, Location and Date Taken.

• Prints should be mounted on light white cardboard not exceeding 2mm thick and larger than 12×16 inches.
• Wood mounted or framed prints are excluded.
• Only prints sent with return postage and packaging will be returned.
• The copyright of the image remains the photographers.  However, CRANN retain the right to use any images in future issues of our magazine and on the CRANN website.
• The organiser will take every care of the photographs but will not be responsible for loss or damage to them during this event.
• Entering this competition implies full and whole acceptance of the competition rules.
• The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence or communications will be entered into in relation to the results.

Crann was formed in 1986 with the aim of “Releafing Ireland”. Crann is Ireland’s leading voluntary tree organisation dedicated to the promotion and protection of our trees, hedgerows and woodlands. It is a membership-based, non profit registered charity uniting people with a love of trees.  Probably Crann is now best known for its quarterly high quality Crann magazine and for the numerous school visits we provide.
